I eat shellac.

I was not aware of this until today.

I am addicted to Fiber One chocolate and oatmeal bars. Good sweets, good fiber, yea baby!

So it lists shellac on the ingredients. Yikes!

Do I trust this information?

Does this make me an insectivore?

That lemonade is HARD

Shit. I just found out Mike's Hard Lemonade is 5 points. Weight Watchers points, that is.

That's just under my ENTIRE DAILY ALLOWANCE.

I even sent my friggin holiday cards out THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING and I still feel this insane kind of pressure. For God's sake, I made spiced pecans this afternoon for neighbor gifts at the same time as I was making dinner, AND delivered all the pecans by 7pm. How do I manage this level of success? Two words: Kendall Jackson.
